Egyptian Explorers

We had a really exciting day yesterday when we explored the inside of an ‘Egyptian pyramid’  with ‘Howard Carter’.  I have started reading your diary entries about the experience and I am really pleased with the language you have used to describe what you saw and how you felt.  Amazed, curious, magnificent, enchanted, incredible and astonished are all words that I have come across so far.  I am so glad that you enjoyed the afternoon and learnt so much from the activity.  Here are some photos of the explorers in action.

Have a great weekend,

Mr Howard Carter!

    • That is lovely to hear Lili Mae and you have used really interesting adjectives including alliteration too, well done!

  1. Maisie really enjoyed being in the tomb and she said that her favourite part was seeing Tutankhamun’s golden glistening mask
